1 Thessalonians contains a tremendous example of how a man or woman called of God in leadership is to conduct their lives. A true minister for Christ recognizes that he has been entrusted with the precious and powerful Word of God. He is required of God to hold that Word forth, living as an example. A true minister for Christ selflessly serves others, endeavoring to make God’s Word known and is committed to a strong prayer life. [Tom Burke]
