Judgment and Righteousness
#1109 – December 2, 2018
As Christians we are solely judged in Christ. He bore the penalty for our sin against God on the cross. He took our judgment of condemnation. Because of him, we are righteous. There is nothing in our lives, past, present or future, that can invalidate that judgment. I am complete and unaccusable in him. Legally, I am free of guilt. And I am free to live a new life in him without fear of being wrong. [Hannah Burke]
