Who We Were and Who We Are

#1288 – July 3, 2022

The unity, love, and selflessness that we see evident in the first century church did not come about by chance, nor by God beginning with “naturally good” people. They chose to embrace their new identity as hopeless sinners saved only by the grace of God. Their example serves as a clear path to experiencing the same unity, love, and selflessness in today’s church. [Tom Burke]
