All scripture is given for doctrine, for reproof, and for correction. This teaching deals specifically with reproof: what it is, and what it is not, and how to give it, and how to receive it. Reproof isn’t for each other’s destruction, but for edification. By reproving and receiving reproof within the church, we stand together in holiness and glorify God. [Tom Burke]
