The Wondrous Cross

The death of Jesus Christ upon the cross was not a tragedy but a victory. Christ came to be the sacrifice for man’s sin, and this was accomplished on the cross. The only work that can change the essential nature of sinful man is the work of Christ on the cross. [Tom Burke]
