We see from the Word of God that the greater a leader is in the body of Christ, the more the leader serves. A leader first gives the Word of God – feeding the flock which is among them. The examples leaders set by their manner of life is also very important. A leader should set the pattern to follow, and that pattern is the Lord Jesus Christ. [Tom Burke]
