Endure Hardness

As Christians we must never consider ourselves invulnerable to the challenges of living in this world. In order to walk for God it requires self discipline on our part. We must remain vigilant and not allow ourselves to become entangled in the things of the world. God’s Word instructs us, but we must follow that instruction. We are the ones who must resist the devil with God’s Word. God has equipped us, but He can’t put it on for us. That’s our job. [Tom Burke]
