Agape and Phileo: a Study

Many times when we expose tradition, we think that our job is finished. The hard part is finding out what is right. We must study the Scriptures to the end that we understand what God is saying. This study looks at the Greek words agape and phileo. Does agape mean “the love of God” and phileo “human love”? Or are they synonymous? If neither, then what do they mean?
