Glory

#733 – July 24, 2011

Just as Jesus knew that God’s plan of complete redemption would be a reality because of his obedience, he also knew the scriptures regarding the glory God would give him because of his obedience. Looking forward to the glorification his Father would give him encouraged him to fulfill all that was required of him. We, also, are promised glory to follow because of what Jesus accomplished for us. From God’s point of view, our glorification is a reality even though it isn’t manifested until the future.
