Peter’s Relationship with Paul

#758 – February 5, 2012

Even though the Scriptures only record a few meetings between Peter and Paul, their lives and ministries come together at key times during the history of the first century church. The circumstances surrounding Paul’s open rebuke of Peter at Antioch are examined in detail. At the end of his life, Peter refers to Paul as “our beloved brother” and refers to Paul’s letters as scripture. Both men are seen fighting together for the truth of the gospel to live. [Josh Thomas]
