The Love Of God – Part I

#272 – August 18, 2002

The Greek words “phileo” and “agapeo” are examined. The love of God is based on principles in God’s Word. It is unconditional, not an emotional love – whereas, phileo love is an emotional human love. The commandment to us from God is that we love each other with the love He gave us in the new birth, agapeo love. (08-18-02 K. McCaw)
