Jesus Christ made it clear from the Scriptures that he was sent from the Father and that he spoke the words which the Father gave him to speak. He told the people that the will of God was to believe on him, but they still refused to believe. God has been tremendously merciful in providing signs and other “helps” to get us to the point that we believe His Word. All that is really needed is to believe on Jesus Christ and to believe God’s written Word. [Tom Burke]
