This Do in Remembrance of Me

Before our Lord was taken to be crucified he instituted a memorial with his disciples that we in the church are to continue until he returns. This memorial, which is called the Lord’s Supper or Communion is designed to proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes. This teaching examines why our risen Lord would want us to remember his death and why it is important for us to remember his shed blood and his body which were given for us. [Mike Clark]
