As the head of the body of Christ, our Lord Jesus Christ still serves the Father. By believing on Jesus Christ, we receive the eternal life he has to give. God wants us to focus on our eternal life daily. The grace of God instructs us to deny worldly lust and live in a godly fashion. Only grace can teach us about God.
