Good Ground

We looked at the Greek word “auxano”, which is translated in the KVJ as, “increased” or “grew”. In the book of Acts where the Word was spoken it grew and multiplied. In fact the Word grew mightily and prevailed. For the Word of God to grow in our lives we must believe those words. If we prepare our hearts to seek after the Word of God then our hearts will be like the good ground in the parable. This is something we must constantly do in order to continue to grow in grace and a knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. [Wayne Merrill]
